SchoonKlusBedrijf processes personal data when performing our services and/or because you provide it to us.

Customer personal data that we process:

- Name

- Email address

- Bank details, where necessary

We store the data with the web hosting company Hostinger.com.

Special and/or sensitive personal data that we process

Our website and/or service does not intend to collect data about Customers under the age of 16, unless they have permission from their parents or guardian. However, we cannot verify whether a Customer is older than 16. We therefore encourage parents to be involved in their children's online activities to prevent data about children being collected without parental consent. If you believe we have collected personal data about a minor without this consent, please contact us at admin@SchoonKlusBedrijf.nl so we can delete this information.

For what purpose and on what basis do we process personal data?

SchoonKlusBedrijf processes personal data of customers for the following purposes:

- Processing an order

- Contacting you if this is necessary to provide our services

- Delivering goods and services

The legitimate basis for processing is that these personal data are necessary for the execution of the agreement between the Client and the Customer.

Automated decision-making

SchoonKlusBedrijf does not make decisions based on automated processing on matters that could have (significant) consequences for individuals. These are decisions made by computer programs or systems, without human intervention (for example, a SchoonKlusBedrijf employee).

How long we retain personal data

Customer data: a maximum of 1 year after the end of the relevant Event for the purpose of handling and providing information to the Customer.
